David MackayCarlisle Brass announces appointment of Dave Mackay to Customer Service and HR Manager.

Dave brings a wealth of experience to the role and will be the pivot between the channel heads and customer service function. He is passionate about our customers receiving ‘best in class’ service.

Dave joined the business in 2016 working as an Executive Assistant under the Managing Director.

Dave said: “I am delighted to bring my experience in customer service to this new role, and will strive to continue the development of the excellent working relationships we have with our customers.”

Carl Smith has moved to Head of Merchant Channel focusing on the Merchant side of the business.
