Do I have to have an account to order?
Yes, we deal only with trade customers if you want to buy our products please click our Where to Buy link at the top of the page enter your postcode and one of our stockist will appear closest to you.

Can I amend or cancel my order once submitted?
I'm afraid once your order is submitted we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations.

How do I return an Item?
Please visit our returns policy for trade customers.- Customers who bought items from a retailer please contact the retailer you purchased them from before contacting us.

What payment methods do you accept?
If you are a proforma account pay for goods at point of order to be processed.
We accept visa, mastercard etc.
Alternatively you can pay on account.

- Can I have an order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes you can do this either via ordering online or calling our sales department on 01228 511030. Please note we charge £5 for all direct to site deliveries. - Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes we use DPD Next Day for our standard deliveries.
Carriage FAQ’s
Q Why are the carriage charges being changed?
A Our carriage criteria has remained the same for several years. We have had to increase carriage charges to reflect current market conditions.
Q Can I still get a premium delivery?
A Yes, there will be an additional charge for the additional service request. Please see charging table.
Q Is a direct delivery still available?
A Yes, we do offer a direct delivery option. An administration fee of £5 will be applied to all direct to site shipments, including those that are carriage paid.
Q There used to be 5 items or less for EL products for £3.50
A The reduced carriage is no longer available. Standard carriage terms apply.
