Any shortages must be reported within 7 days and claims made outside this period will be voided.
If you change your mind, we will accept returns so long as you notify us within 30 days from receipt of goods. Refunds will only be issued if the returned goods are in their original packaging, are unused, returned complete with all component parts and in a resalable condition.
We will arrange collection at the cost of £8.00 (UK Mainland) and, once processed, will refund the cost of the goods (excluding any original delivery fee). Please note that with the exception of faulty or defective goods, all returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge outside the 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please note the original order number or invoice number must be supplied with every returns request.
Goods will be collected within 48 hours of us sending the returns paperwork to you. Missed collections or collections due to customer errors may incur a charge. Collection hours are between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Collections can only be arranged from the same address where the delivery was made.
Goods returned must have been supplied by us within the last 9 months (if goods have been supplied to you by a stockist or any other means you must refer to them for your return)
Please note we are unable to cancel or exchange the following products:
- Special order products and workshop order products (classed as items we do not stock)
- Obsolete or clearance items
Any returns that are unauthorised or do not contain the official paperwork will be refused and returned to the customer (Field Sales Managers are not authorised to accept returns).
